Domestic:

Flat Rate Shipping: Australia wide $14.95 AUD
Express Shipping: $19.95 AUD
Free Shipping: When you spend over $200 (Australia Only)

Additional shipping applies to protectors, which is calculated at checkout. All Parcels include tracking and have only $100 insurance. Additional fees will apply if you require insurance over $100.

Shipping Protection: We've introduced a Shipping Protection option at checkout. This protection is calculated based on your cart size and covers your order if it is lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend adding this option for peace of mind.

International:

Destinations: We only ship to New Zealand & USA.
Flat Rate Shipping: $18.95 USD

General Shipping Information:

Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days from the order date for your items to be shipped. If your order contains pre-order items, this timeline does not apply.
Express Shipping Note: Express shipping is a postage upgrade with the shipping provider and does not expedite order processing. If you need your order by a specific date and require a rush order, please contact us before placing your order to check if this can be accommodated.

RETURNS -

We hold no responsibility for damaged goods if additional cover isn’t purchased at checkout (this is only available for purchases being shipped within Australia). Please contact us via the website or email southerndiecast@hotmail.com if you would like to add additional cover.

Strict no return/refund policy for change of mind once purchased so please choose carefully. 

PRE-ORDERS -

Pre-orders may be placed like any other order. Factory production time, severe weather, or International Customs inspections may cause delay.

ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) dates on pre-orders are in terms just an "estimate" and could be changed at any time without notice to Buyer. ETA is subject to change without notice.

If an order is placed with multiple pre-order items or a mix of in stock and pre-order items we don't ship out until we can fulfil the complete order. On the off chance you may require some of these items before the final pre-order item/items arrive, that's ok we can arrange a shipping quote for you. All you have to do is reach out to us at southerndiecast@hotmail.com and we will get that sorted for you.

Any cancellation of pre-orders/orders will result in a 20% cancellation fee.
